All items Must be returned in Original Brand new and unopened as we ship within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Shipping charges are non-refundable if an order is returned to us. Returns may be subject to 15 % warehouse restocking fee to help us recover some of the costs of processing, packing, shipping and re-stocking your order.
- When you return package. You are responsible for the return shipping cost & Damaged or lost during transit. We do require product return back to us safe and undamaged. If it is damaged, we may not be able to offer a refund. Please pack well when you return back to us. We recommend customers to use postal services insurance.
- We do not accept returns on items due to manufacturer defects (i.e Paint quality). Many small limbs/joints are easily breaking, loose, or defected etc. once it is removed from Plastic or tree will not qualify for return.
Any item returned to us without prior authorization Form will be shipped back to you at your expense, so please make sure to get a return authorization before sending anything back to us.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
- We do not ship different address to avoid potential fraudulent activites. We only ship Paypal provide shipping address. This address on record in your Paypal account.
- If Package ship by Returned back to us marked "Refused or Undeliverable" You are responsible for return shipping cost send back to us and re-send package back to you if the error is not the part of us.
- If Any items opened, break cause by shipping company. Please contact us as soon as possible within 2 - 3 business days of the date marchandise receipt. We happy to help you to contact shipping company to cover your cost and replace same order if stock available otherwise Full refund will be issue.

International shipments (Including Canada) may be subject to additional customs fees and duties may run into delays due to customs Inspection. Cost can be considerably higher for international destitinations.

We will not be responsible for customs seizures are a result of materials being considered illegal in yours country.
